Exchanges If you're unhappy with your item for any reason we can issue a store credit to the value of the item purchased within 7 days of receiving your order. Please notedoes not include the shipping costs.The credit will be added to your account once we (PFC Vintage) have received the item. The item must be in the same condition that it was originally purchased in or no credit will be issued. As all of the items are second hand we do not offer refunds on any items unless otherwise specified in some circumstances below. Exchanges are onlyapplicable to PFC Vintage owned items only and excludes PFC Vintage Marketplace items.
PFC Vintage Marketplace Return Policy Items purchased via PFC Vintage Marketplace can not be returned for any reason other than being deemed not authentic/fake or in the event the description of the product was not accurate. To distinguish whether the item in consideration belongs to "PFC Vintage Marketplace"please refer to the product title and if it contains "Marketplace" the item is therefore considered a Marketplace item and follows all policies accordingly.
Refunds & Non-Authentic/Fake Items We understand many replica or fake items are in circulation and we do our best to avoid them. We take pride in our knowledge and ability to tell the difference. It is not our intention to sell replica items. However, in the rare event you believe you have purchased an un-official replica or fake item from PFC Vintage, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we'll happily make arrangements to re-analyse the product and if proven to be true we will happily offer a full refund or store credit. Non-authentic or fake items are the only circumstance PFC Vintage will offer a refund.

If approved, you will receive an email with a code to redeem upon your next purchase to the value of the item purchased. Please note this does not include the shipping fee.

Warranty PFC Vintage does not offer warranty on any products as they are all pre-owned.
Sale Items & Gift Cards We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
