PFC Vintage – Returns & Refunds Policy

At PFC Vintage, the majority of our products are pre-owned / second-hand and one-of-a-kind. We take care to provide detailed descriptions, accurate measurements, clear photos, and condition notes for every item.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns will only be considered if the item received:
    • Is significantly not as described
    • Is proven to be inauthentic
    • Arrives damaged or faulty beyond reasonable wear expected for vintage items
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Minor wear, age-related imperfections, or flaws clearly shown or described are not valid reasons for return
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted for second-hand items

How to Request a Return

  • Email info@pfcvintage.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
  • Approved returns will receive instructions before items are sent back

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if eligibility criteria are met
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours

Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Approved non-refundable returns may receive store credit at our discretion
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as sent
  • Printed tees are eligible for size exchanges only, requested within 7 days
  • Customers cover return and re-shipping costs for exchanges
  • No store credit or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, or final sale items

International Orders, Customs & Failed Delivery

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and handling fees
  • If an order is refused, returned due to unpaid fees, or returned due to an incorrect address:
    • No refund will be issued
    • Original shipping is non-refundable, including free shipping orders
    • Any re-delivery must be paid for by the customer in full
    • Multiple re-shipments require payment each time
    • Failure to pay re-shipping costs will result in the order being held with no refund

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Mystery items
  • Boots that have been worn
  • Items marked Final Sale

Consumer Rights

This policy operates in addition to rights under Australian Consumer Law.
