Marketplace Seller Policy

Welcome to the PFC Vintage Marketplace. By listing an item for sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Listing Requirements

• Item descriptions must be 100% accurate, including clear details of any flaws, damage, or unique features.
• You must upload original photos of the exact item for sale. The use of stock images, photos of similar products, or reused images from other listings is not allowed.
• All photos must follow the official PFC Vintage guidelines provided at: https://pfcvintage.com/blogs/pfc-vintage-marketplace/how-to-take-photos-for-pfc-vintage-marketplace-listing

2. Pricing

• PFC Vintage controls the final pricing of each item.
• This is to ensure pricing is fair for consumers and reflects the product’s true market value.
 • Seller input may be taken into account, but all final pricing decisions are made by PFC Vintage.


3. Shipping Policy

• Sellers must ship their item within 2 business days of the order being captured.
• You will receive an email notification at the time of sale, which will include the shipping address for PFC Vintage.
• Do not disclose this address, as it may change. Always refer to the address provided in your order confirmation email.
• Items must be shipped to PFC Vintage, not directly to the customer.
• Shipping is at the seller’s own expense.
• Payment will only be made after PFC Vintage has received and verified the item.


4. Returns and Disputes

• All sales are final. Returns are only accepted if:
a. The item is not as described.
b. The item is fraudulent or counterfeit.
c. The listing is misleading in any way.
• If a return is approved, the seller must refund the full sale amount to PFC Vintage once the item is returned.


5. Fees and Commissions

• A $10 AUD listing fee applies per product and is charged at the time of listing.
• A 20% commission is deducted from the final sale price before payment is transferred to the seller.


6. Payment Terms

• Sellers must provide valid bank account or PayPal details to receive payment.
• Payment is made only after PFC Vintage has received and inspected the item to confirm it matches the listing.


7. In-Store Display Option

• Sellers may choose to send their item to PFC Vintage for display in the physical store.
• This is optional and may help increase product visibility.
• Items placed in-store are not insured.
• PFC Vintage is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items displayed in-store.
• Sending an item for in-store display is done entirely at the seller’s own risk.


8. Compliance


By listing an item, the seller confirms that:
• They are the legal owner of the item.
• All descriptions and images are truthful and accurate.
 • They agree to all terms regarding pricing, shipping, returns, fees, payments, photography requirements, and in-store display risk.
