 Marketplace
Delivery times will vary depending on sellers location. Please allow 15-30 days to receive your item. All Marketplace orders travel from Seller to PFC HQ then to you. If you have any queries feel free to contact info@pfcvintage.com

Dispatch & Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are shipped within 3 business days. All orders placed between 23rd of December and 4th of January will be processed on the 5th of January.

Exchanges
If you're unhappy with your item for any reason we can issue a store credit to the value of the item purchased within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note does not include the shipping costs. The credit will be added to your account once we (PFC Vintage) have received the item. The item must be in the same condition that it was originally purchased in or no credit will be issued. As all of the items are second hand we do not offer refunds on any items unless otherwise specified in some circumstances below. Exchanges are only applicable to PFC Vintage owned items only and excludes PFC Vintage Marketplace items.

PFC Vintage Marketplace Return Policy
Items purchased via PFC Vintage Marketplace can not be returned for any reason other than being deemed not authentic/fake or in the event the description of the product was not accurate. To distinguish whether the item in consideration belongs to "PFC Vintage Marketplace" please refer to the product title and if it contains "Marketplace" the item is therefore considered a Marketplace item and follows all policies accordingly.

Refunds & Non-Authentic/Fake Items
We understand many replica or fake items are in circulation and we do our best to avoid them. We take pride in our knowledge and ability to tell the difference. It is not our intention to sell fraudulent items. However, in the rare event you believe you have purchased an un-official copy or fake item from PFC Vintage, please contact us at info@pfcvintage.com and we'll happily make arrangements to re-analyse the product and if proven to be true we will happily offer a full refund or store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Receipt of non-authentic or fake items are the only circumstance PFC Vintage will offer a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the conclusion of the exchange and whether it has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an email with a code to redeem upon your next purchase to the value of the item purchased. Please note this does not include the shipping fee.

Shipping Fees on Returns & Exchanges
The fee for shipping is passed on by our shipping provider. For all returns we cannot offer refunds or credit on the shipping fee. If the circumstance of the return is due to an error made by PFC Vintage we may cover the cost to return the item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged more than advertised or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty
PFC Vintage does not offer warranty on any products as they are all pre-owned.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
